I am a native Dutch speaker but a true world citizen. I've lived in Mexico, Morocco, India and the Nethelands and travel often to discover new cultures and exciting places. I've been teaching Dutch face to face and online for several years, working with students from all over the world. 

I teach according to the Berlitz method. This is a goal oriented, lively instruction, based on students' needs. We learn through communication and listening, supported by reading and writing. No boring grammar rows and repitition - we learn grammar as a means of communication.  Learning a new language is an active and creative process in which communication is key and therefore my classes will be 60% / 100% in the target language. 

I am flexible, enthusiastic, empathic, patient and professional with a teaspoon of humour. 

I understand that taking classes in a foreign language can be a bit exciting, but I will make you feel at ease and create a relaxed atmosphere in which you are completely free to experiment with the new language. And please, don't be afraid to make mistakes: it's an important part of a learning process. 

 Above all, I focus on what you need - your goals! Every student is unique and has different needs so I will teach each student accordingly and individually.
