I always listen to my students’ needs to make sure they reach their language goals as quickly as possible, and then I adapt my lessons by choosing appropriate materials and teaching style. I also make sure my students are interested in lessons and enjoy them, so I include engaging activities and topics relevant to their interests. During my lessons, I am always patient and positive, and I am ready to explain more complex concepts in different ways if they are difficult to grasp at first.

I am a professional teacher of Estonian language, and also I can teach Finnish as a foreign language. I work as an Estonian and Finnish teacher for schools and for adult courses. I like to use songs for teaching, and to have conversations about culture. I try to find things that are similar in the mother tongue of a student and in Estonian or Finnish, as it helps to get started. I always consider the needs and interests of learners, and I believe that learning a language must be fun.
