I always adapt my lesson plans to the needs and wishes of the students. I try to make the lessons as fun as possible, including games or fun facts, especially with younger students. I always put the emphasis on speaking (unless otherwise requested).
As I moved regularly and lived in various countries, I understand the difficulties people may have arriving in a new country.

With every language you learn, you open a bit your mind and you understand more about the culture, values and mentality of other people.
As I love traveling, speaking a little the local language makes the experience totally different.
Personally, I love grammar, there are rules to explain why something is said in a certain way and it gives you something to hold on to.
