As far as I have 20 years of business background, I provide business English training as well. 

With my bachelor's degree in English Philology, I help students improve their academic English skills and prepare for exams, such as IELTS. 

I use the elements of the GROW model (a coaching model) in my language teaching practice. 

That helps my learners break their language barriers very quickly!

My learners get confident in their language learning skills and feel the power of their control over their language development.

This helps them make all the positive changes in their life they wish: travel more, change their job, move to another country, find new friends and communities, get to know new cultures, and see new opportinities.

I use the GROW model elements in my sessions.

Goal - the learner sets a goal for their session.

Reality - we explore what they already know and where they are in respect to the goal.

Options - the learner explores options of different activities and chooses what they want to do today to reach the objective.

The learner leads the sessions.

Way Forward - we work together towards the goal.

At the end of the session, the learner always reflects on what they have learned and what they are taking from this session with them.

Also, we always discuss what the learner has learned about themselves during the session as a learner.
